Initial space assignments, based on Priority Points, are made. Space assignments after
January 31 will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
FEBRUARY 28, 2010
Notification of space assignment and informational materials mailed.
MARCH 31, 2010
Deadline for final payment of exhibit space. Applications received after March 31 must
include full payment.
Deadline to cancel exhibit space with refund (less $500 administrative fee). No refunds will
be made for cancelled exhibit space after March 31.
Exhibitor Service Manuals will be emailed and available online.
Deadline to submit logo and description for printing in Attendee Program Book
